Our centre is having the highest noumber of IUI cycles in northen India. The IUI lab is managed by two scientists who are expert in semen manupulative procedures like semen wash, swim up, swim down, Percoll & albumin separation. This removes all the debris, dead sperms, prostaglandins immotile sperms, pus cells & other impurities from the semen. The wife is prepared to produce eggs, which is achieved by highly purified HMG/FSH injections. The washed semen is transferred in to the uterus by IUI there by bringing the sperm & eggs very near to each other.
